   Two Georgia football players were arrested Friday and charged with   
   misdemeanor theft by shoplifting, according to Athens-Clarke County arrest   
   records.   
      
   Starting offensive guard Dontrell Glover and running back Bo Walker were   
   booked into the Clarke County Jail by the ACC Police Department. Booking   
   records show Walker was booked at 5:30 p.m. and Glover at 5:55 p.m. Both   
   later posted bond Friday evening.   
      
   Glover, a freshman from Fairburn, Georgia, started the final 11 games of   
   the season and was named to the All-SEC freshman team.   
      
   Walker, a freshman from Decatur, Georgia, has rushed for 100 yards and   
   three touchdowns in six games in a reserve role. He missed the SEC   
   championship game after undergoing surgery following a reported automobile   
   accident, according to Online Athens.   
      
   Each player faces a misdemeanor shoplifting charge. Jail records list bond   
   amounts of $1,500, along with an additional $26 assessment for each case.   
      
   “We were informed of the charges and are currently in the process of   
   gathering additional information,” Georgia deputy athletic director Steven   
   Drummond told the Athens Banner-Herald. “This is a pending legal matter   
   and we will not have further comment at this time.”   
      
   The arrests come less than three weeks after redshirt freshman offensive   
   lineman Nyier Daniels was arrested in Commerce, Georgia, on multiple   
   charges, including felony fleeing from a police officer and two counts of   
   cruelty to a child in the second degree. Daniels was dismissed from the   
   team the following day by head coach Kirby Smart.
