I buy all of my DVD's from Costco. I mean ALL.

Costco has the best return policy in the business. Like you I often take
more than 30 days to watch a boxed set such as B5 or The Prisoner. Buying
the sets at Costco gives me the confidence to know that if I will never get
stuck with a bad disc. Even a year later if you discover a defect bring it
back. Cash back witgh no questions. If you buy them online at costco.com you
can bring them back to any store for your refund.

Early last year I bought a DVD from Best Buy. 2 weeks later after watching
it I found it to be bad. I got the third degree, the asst manager insisted
on playing it first on one of their machines for about 30 seconds and
pronounced it good and would not accept the return/exchange saying that the
studio made them check for every bad DVD and had all these mysterious return
policies. I will never buy another DVD from Best Buy.
