I most definitely believe       >that you were posting your vitriol with the hope that, even though he       >killfiled you, others would quote you and he'd have to read it. That's       >where the crux of the problem lied. He shouldn't have to killfile       >anyone in that group. Terms of the charter prohibit harassment and       >flaming anyone. Let alone one of the main reasons for creation of the       >moderated group in the first place.              Yup. And had the moderators thought I was doing any of that they'd       have rejected the posts. I *was* on hand-moderated status. Clearly the       moderation team didn't think I was guilty of any of the false charges       you assert. Since you're not on the moderation team, all this       illustrates is that once again you don't know what you're talking       about. Clearly had you spotted anything wrong you'd have said       something about it. Since you didn't, anything you say now is either a       re-manufacturing of history or you're merely parroting someone else's       paranoia.              >You violated those terms regularly and the mods simply ignored it.              ... or it didn't exist. Since you didn't spot anything until your lord       and master said it existed, it must have been subtle way beyond your       ability to recognise it.              >People posting to the forum are expected to read the terms and abide by       >them. If you post harassing messages or negative personal remarks       >about others on the forum you need to face the consequences. Noone       >there cares what your personal gripe with JMS is. They want to talk       >about the show, issues and hear about his other projects.              Indeed. I am not remotely interested in his next failed project, which       is part of the reason he's filtered. I did nothing to stop or spoil       anyone else's "enjoyment" of such information.              >There's no need for personal vendettas in that group. I and many       >others had no interest in the unmoderated group, as it became overrun       >with hatred, jealousy and harassment.              ... and yet you cannot quite resist coming here and harassing me.       Strange how convenient your morality is when it applies to other       people, and strange how quickly it gets forgotten when you type.              > If the Thaxton/Fullers of the       >world stayed at your level of harassment there still eventually would       >have been a moderated group. It just would have happened later.       >       >If you sincerely miss your doscourse with other mod members, you should       >have smartened up and chilled. You made your point plenty of times.       >Why drive it into the ground to the point of getting booted? Obviously       >you cared more about evangelising your personal dislike of the man.       >And frankly, I doubt you converted anyone.              Really? My view differs.              Paul.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
