   Absolutely right! No question she quit, and like many actors   
   before her who did crazy things like that, destroyed her   
   career and any future potential in show biz. Another classic   
   example of this was David Caruso on NYPD Blue decades   
   ago--dropped outa the show for no good reason except ego and   
   spent many, later years doing odd jobs like table waiting   
   before finally just lucking out in getting another good   
   acting job on the first CSI series.   
      
   Another example was Julianna Marguiles, who left ER just at   
   the peak of success trading an offered multi-million dollar   
   contract for many years of just sporadic, second rate small   
   acting jobs. And they all didn't hurt just themselves, but   
   they hurt their shows and disappointed their many fans and   
   TPTB who took a chance on them at the beginning. Idiots!
