   I give up, this is getting ridiculous.   
      
   The question was about the terms and conditions of the contracts already in   
   place that the cast had to agree to in order to produce a fifth season.   
   That's the only thing that was in writing.   
      
   I'm sure all the lawyers involved cared how the money was distributed.  TNT   
   was buying a product whose costs were already contracted for.  WB was selling   
   that product.  Those contracts guaranteed that TNT was getting what it was   
   paying for.  Otherwise let's just recast with unknowns at half the price and   
   pocket the difference.  After all TNT doesn't care according to you.
