Am I reading this correctly? Are you actually comparing what a fictional
character did on a TV show to what someone might do in real life?

In any case, take the $15,000 JMS got per script and do the math. Tell me
what would be left after taxes, his own personal expenses (agent, publicist,
secretary, etc.), and a reasonable wage for his services, then divide it
among over a dozen cast members, and tell me what they would get.

It's always easy to spend somebody else's money.
