   Surely you can see why claiming that he has no more of a "lifetime income"   
   at 50 ignores the remaining 25-30-35-whatever years upon which he can work.   
      
   Plus, presuming he's not spending as fast as it comes in, hed have a good   
   bit to invest, and with the power of compounding.....
