   It's official:  Troy is a f'loon.  By the power invested in me by the   
   cabal(tinc) and Fluffy, Ruler of All Usenet, I now proclaim that Troy   
   is officially a net.kook.  All that remains is to peruse the list of   
   k00k awards in alt.usenet.kooks to determine which one suits him best.   
      
   The term 'f'loon' (it's short for "fucking lunatic") was coined to   
   describe the asshats in alt.music.michael-jackson who defend Pedo Pan   
   against all odds and reason.   The only difference between Troy and   
   the average f'loon is that Troy seems to be employed, and he can
