Yeah, I had pretty much the same response.

Re. the first Lost Tales DVD, I was underwhelmed. Didn't like the first
story at all. The second was more like B5, and I liked it. Overall,
the whole thing felt threadbare, i.e. "How could 72 minutes be filled
with that much nothing?" The average episode of House (I'm watching
Season 3 on DVD right now.), seems to contain 10x as much stuff in its
44 minutes, as B5:TLT contained in 72 minutes.

I wish Warner Brothers would quit treating B5 like a red-haired
stepchild, and back the damned thing, bigtime, but nooooo, Warner
Brothers is always in timid, test-the-waters mode, and the timing is
never right. If they're not going to back it, they should sell the
whole thing to a studio that has some balls. However, they never will.
Instead they'll back it in a half-hearted fashion every 100th blue moon
and wonder why people are disappointed.

To me, the only bright spots to the new DVD were:

   1. The space CGI.

   2. Prince Vintari/Keegan MacIntosh

   3. Sheridan and Galen.
