   I am *positive* that you can't get a timeout notice without first   
   getting the registration request.  People have been complaining about   
   this for years and I've been over the code very thoroughly several   
   times.  It's the same code that does both messages there isn't a way   
   for one to work and the other to not.   
      
   Anyway, your posts are arriving here, you're just not registering.   
   I've seen them quite a few times.
