Re: Losing interest in JMS projects

Although I consider myself a member in good standing, I must have missed a
meeting of the loyal fan base where we elected Brad our spokesman.

Even during B5's run there were fans who saw the show going in a direction
and questioned the validity of JMS's decisions. I had certain reservations
myself at times, but I'd seen him pull stories off more than once I didn't
think he could. There comes a time when you just have to give the guy the
   benefit of the doubt.

Faith manages. I believed it then, and I believe it now.

Yes, a few of his television projects have fallen to the wayside. As Brad
correctly noted, life is not easy. But anything with the JMS label is worth
picking up, even if he himself decides to put it down. The episodes of
Crusade and (I'm willing to take on faith having never seen the show)
Jeremiah were worth seeing whether the story was completed or not. In
addition, this "one hit wonder" has managed to write a pretty definitive
textbook on scriptwriting, write some amazing comics for Top Cow, and be
instrumental in the revitalization of Marvel's flagship character in
   addition to doing B5.

The truly loyal among us will not abandon him, because we know he will never
   abandon us.
