   The 70/30 ratio above was a guess.  Thinking I might have   
   been exaggerating, I just checked one of Sci-Fi's shows I   
   had on tape, and it was a 73/27 split (top 73% of frame   
   being the commercial, and bottom 27% bring the credits).
