   How come the bab 5 dvd video is so bad? i notice a blue line running from   
   top to bottem in season 1 disc 1 episode 2 and 3 and white video crackle   
   pops all over the screen in all episodes like you see sometimes in movie   
   theaters. why is the video so bad? i am guessing it's from the transfer   
   process to dvd, which i think by now should be perfected. i never see any   
   issues on tv when it was on so long ago, but now it is terrible on dvd i   
   can't belive it.
