You have permission of the owner of nospamhotmail.com (which is a valid
registered domain, by the way) to use their domain?

Any objection if I "munge" my address by using "mostwanted@hotmail.com"
as my from address for a few weeks?

Sure. And what you're doing is making it somebody else's problem,
you're causing the legitimate owner of nospamhotmail.com to eat your
   spam.

If you're going to munge, do it properly -- Make sure the domain you use
ends with .invalid. Personally, I wouldn't recommend munging, I'd
recommend setting up a valid email and posting from that address. You
don't have to monitor it on a regular basis, but at a minimum it's
enough to get you into most moderated groups.
