   I think you're a little off track. Sinclair's flashback (or rather   
   flash-forward) wasn't him on B4, he was on B5 in the alternate timeline.   
   If Sheriden et al hasn't taken B4 back in time, B5 would have been   
   attacked by the Shadows and been destroyed. Ivanova's message from   
   the alternate-reality B5 mentions Garibaldi rigging the fusion   
   reasctor, and in Sinclair's vision Garibaldi also mentions it. It   
   was B5 and it was destroyed in the alternate timeline.
