From the Comic series JMS scripted. The B5 crew gets a distress beacon
from B4, and travels there and finds it in a decaying orbit around like
the next system over or something like that. Full of abandoned minbari
fighters, with minbari signs and such. Also find a hitherto unknown race
that also heard the beacon and came to came the great religious object,
because it was the home of the great valen. Turns out to be a race
from the first war that revered valen, but couldn't get along with anyone
else. Our heroes are saved when the shaman-like leader of the boarding
party realizes that the minbari's name is Delenn - the name of the one
in the final prophesy of Valenn, who was to be given the sacred message
entrusted to the leader of the race a thousand years ago.

Comic gives you a brief look at Sinclairs life as Valenn, and fills in some
details about the war, and answers some questions like "so whatever happened
to b4 anyway?" The answer - it was towed away to a secret spot because it
was a reverred artifact, and mostly lost. Because valen wanted it that way,
so that a thousand year old human built space station didn't turn up in
known space. And it was also his only chance a time capsule - something
the vorlon's really weren't happy about.
