   I've had to return 3 copies of season 3, the problem you mention is   
   identical to mine, take a look at the disc.  All 3 I had looked like   
   someone had used a grinding wheel in the middle of the disc and   
   scratched the crap out of it.  The las time I returned a copy, ALL the   
   stock for the shop had been returned for the same reason.  Also there   
   are still some of the original S3 boxes floting around with the wonky   
   holders that dropped the disc out of the packaging and scrathed it.   
      
   Come on WHV reissue S3 in the idvidual cases like S1 & 2 were.
