   Yes they do.  G'Kar escapes through it in "Revelations."   
   There were three Narn fighters.  One is destroyed by a   
   Shadow fighter.  One rams a Shadow fighter (destroying both   
   the Narn and Shadow fighter, and damaging the other Shadow   
   fighter), allowing G'Kar's fighter to escape through the   
   jumpgate.
