   What, too great a percentage of quoted text and not enough reply?  I haven't   
   seen that message in years.

   I was seeing stuff like that but it was due to a flaky ISP (They'd been   
   getting progressively worse for years, but in the last two months they've   
   gotten really bad.).  I've since changed ISPs and my posts now show up on   
   unmoderated groups and unmoderated threads in rastb5m in  ~5 seconds.   
      
   The new ISP is much more dependable, 2.5x faster, and hasn't disconnected me   
   once yet.
