   Nope, because it's a Vorlon thing.  It's for you to figure out on your   
   own. :)   
      
   Bear in mind, too, that at the end of "War Without End pt 2", there are   
   two Vorlons flanking Valen.  At least one of them looks +very+   
   familiar.
