   I did wonder what he was up to. I also can't quite understand why someone   
   has got so emotionally distraught and wound up by you. For Ghu's sake it's a   
   damned *TV* show. And some rather naff (in parts) spin off books. Now, I   
   know you're a bolshy bugger of a wind up merchant at times, but I honestly   
   can't see what's got his knickers in  such a profoundly tangled  knot. One   
   is tempted to quote Shatner on Saturday Night Live.   
      
   And again, this is  a serious question  that I raised before. Why on *earth*   
   does he persist in saying he's finished, had the last word, whatever - and   
   then go off on one again? That's what I meant by shooting  himself in the   
   foot; the death of credibility. If you are done, if you think the person who   
   is upsetting you on Usenet is a horrid human being, then for heaven's sake,   
   just ignore them. Works for me.
