   If that was the plan the Vorlons did not try again.  They   
   even help arrange for Sinclair to go to Minbar.   
      
   Sinclair's time on Babylon 5 will have taught him two   
   things - first how to run a spacestation, second who   
   to organise a mixed group of aliens.  Both skills will   
   be needed to operate Babylon 4 in the previous   
   Shadow War.
