   So, as promised, here goes.

Heagy started by posting the following on rastb5.moderated after
several people, including Denebeim, had identified me as the cause of
   Straczynski's irritation:

"Please don't allow this father-fucking son of a bitch asshole (Ford
Thaxton?) to win. Please don't leave rast.b5.moderated."

Which generated a couple of responses on the group, including the
   following from Straczynski's "Mini-Me" Denebeim:

"I've gotta apologize for that. That message should absolutely not
have gotten onto the newsgroup. New moderator. And yes, she's been
   smacked.

"Troy, who's been a clueless annoyance as long as he's been posting
has no idea what nettiquette is like. This morning we bounced a
message where he was quoting an e-mail from Harper. "

The email in question, which I sent to Heagy and which he tried
unsuccessfully to get posted to rastb5.mod said:

"Go fuck yourself you pin-pricked, retarded little wanker. I have
never seen anyone, even on rastb5.mod, so willing to make such a
complete and utter tosser of themselves that they post mindless drivel
like that without even checking who they're talking about.

"You are a fuckwit of the first order.

"Now be a good boy and go shove your tongue back up Straczynski's arse
again. Clearly the art of reading and comprehension is way beyond your
   meager abilities.

"Have a nice day (translation: eat shit and die)"

Which, given the source, I thought was quietly understated.

He responded (and copied in the moderated group) with:

"So. You ARE ford thaxton. (Why else would you reply to my message
that was addressed to ford thaxton?) It's too bad the moderators
can't just block your ISP and automatically dump it into the
   trashbin."

Which prompted the final email back from me, saying:

"No, it wasn't addressed to Ford Thaxton - it contacted [contained]
speculation about an identity already revealed by several people to be
me, and contained language that were it about anyhone else on the .mod
group would have been thrown out by the moderators.

"You may think you're the big man on the group, throwing your
non-existent weight around over there without any worry of a comeback
from me, but I can assure you, you start using language like that
about me and my recently-dead father, you have far *far* more of a
fight on your hands than you have ever had before in your life.

"Paul (who, had you bothered to do any research, has ripped Buford
more new arseholes than just about anyone on the planet)."

So, let's review the statement from Heagy The Clueless Fuckwit:

"Plus there was that nasty email you sent me, without provocation,
that you want to "take me down". That's called a pattern of
   harassment & trouble-making."

   A few things:

   "Unprovoked"

Hmmm... "father-fucking son of a bitch asshole" sounds fairly
   provocative to me.

   "take me down"

Nope. That is a complete Heagy fabrication, though I freely admit to
having both the temperament and capability to do so.

Apart from that, The Clueless Annoyance (to quote Denebeim) was
   spot-on.

. A .sig is all well and good, but it's no substitute for a personality
. Is there a moron carrot above? Have you replied to it? Are you sure?
. EMail: Unless invited to, don't; it's likely to be automatically deleted.
