   I like to think so. :) Basically, what I try to do is consider issues   
   separately, rather than from a single Party Political standpoint. The   
   conservative bit is really with a small c; it's about keeping that which is   
   good and the value of a compassionate capitalist approach. An example of the   
   socialism (in Merkin terms, anyhow) is a belief in basic rights to   
   healthcare and education for all. The radical bit? Oh, believing in gay   
   marriage, for one thing and the legalisation of all drugs. Liberal? I love   
   living in the most ethnically mixed area in Britain. As to the feminism, any   
   woman my age who isn't a feminist obviously never wanted to be anything   
   other than a secretary when she left school. I could. go on, but I don't   
   wish to bore the assembled multitudes.
