   "Pirate English" is somewhat the creation of the actor Robert Newton,   
   who built it on the same Mummerzet accent he used as Frank Crutchley in   
   the rather unfortunate movie of "Busman's Honeymoon" (retitled "Haunted   
   Honeymoon" in the US). Shakespeare, of course, was a Warwickshire man.   
   He would probably think nearly all of us to be dreadful cockneys.
