   I believe the discussion at hand is the climax of the entire series. As   
   I've said I will accept the clunky dialogue because it worked in the   
   situation, but that doesn't make it any less clunky, and doing that in the   
   most significant scene in the series makes you wonder when he CAN write   
   good dialogue.
