   Except the telepaths were supposed to come to B5 before peace broke out,   
   when it would be sensible for that particular storyline to start. Bringing   
   the renegades on board when the B5 crew were supposed to be co-operating   
   with Earth again did not make sense.   
   Other than that, the series had climaxed in the previous season, and they   
   needed to spend too much of the fifth season restarting things.
