     "A Long Time Ago in a Galaxy Far Far Away" is the best introduction to   
   a fairy tale ever.  Even better than "Once upon a time", "This is no   
   sh*te" (sea story), and, from software, "Version 1.0".

     I almost walked out when I heard that line.  A bucket of ice water on   
   the warm suspension of dis-belief.  There were other slips but none
