   So the X-wing doesn't hit you directly but transfers a large amount of   
   inertia (not Inertia) to your field. Now since your field is anchored to   
   your suit it receives a large amount of that force and is moved, you with   
   it. Maybe you're undamaged, but you're also a looooong way from where you   
   started.
