   Yes, there were rumours and stories that sai the "Star Wars Saga"   
   *MIGHT* be made into nine movies (or even twelve at one stage), but   
   that was only a vague idea based on the vague original storyline. As   
   the movies have been written, that original storyline has long since   
   changed. The now mythical third trilogy was about Luke going off to   
   find his sister and then defeating the Emperor. Obviously this can no   
   longer happen since George Lucas changed the storyline and Leia is now   
   Luke's sister. There is therefore no longer any "third trilogy". The   
   Saga is about Anakin - from his discovery on Tatooine to his death and   
   redemption on the second Death Star - and so finishes with six movies.   
      
   There are no more movies in the "Star Wars Saga" ... but there MIGHT be   
   further spin-off movies that are not part of the Saga (in a similar way   
   to the Ewok movies).
