   It really depends on what you're expecting. It *IS* an animated show   
   aimed at kids (just like the movies are) although not perhaps quite as   
   young as the previous Ewoks and Droids animated shows. The new   
   character of Ahsoka is also fairly obviously aimed at attracting young   
   female fans too.   
      
   You also have to realise that the graphic style they were going for is   
   meant to look "wooden", in a similar way to Gerry Anderson's old puppet   
   TV shows (Thunderbirds, Joe 90, Captain Scarlet, Stingray) ... which is   
   different to the Starship Troopers: Roughnecks style of animation that   
   I was originally guessing they would go with.   
      
   Personally I think it's a great addition to the Star Wars universe ...   
   and even if it wasn't that good, ANYTHING is better than the AWFUL   
   Holiday Special!!   
      
      
   There is of course the live-action TV show that is still being planned   
   to start in a couple of years.
