   "Kids" is a relative term - I didn't mean 5 year olds. :-)

Even having said that, the so-called "trade route blockade" and
"political maneouverings" were really minimal. They could have been
   MUCH more "boring".

"Looks good" is simply a personal opinion, which is why I never said
that above ... it does look good to me, although some characters are
better done than others, and some of the voices actors for the
characters are miscast (most noticeably Ziro the Hutt and the Sean
   Conery-sound-alike Separatist commander).

It still fits well with the movies, even if it is done in a very
different style. The voices of the main characters are mostly close to
the movie actors (and in a couple of cases are the movie actors).

The previous Clone Wars animated show was in a different style again,
but was still good ... and much better than I was expecting after
seeing the hopeless Samurai Jack done by the same team.

Again, as a personal opinion I would have probably preferred a Starship
Troopers: Roughnecks style of computer animation, but I'm happy with
   the movie as it is.

I should have more acurately said that nothing can be as bad as the
   Holiday Special.
