   He says things that infer that he MIGHT be Plagueous' apprentice, but   
   there is no actual proof either way. He also infers that Plagueous or   
   the apprentice created Anakin, but again there is no proof either way.   
      
   Palpatine is trying to manipulate Anakin, so the whole Plagueous speech   
   may just be complete lies.
