   I can remember an interview on the tube *right* after the movie   
   came out, somebody was interviewing Fisher and Hamill, and the   
   interviewer said excitedly, "And Carrie Fisher is the daughter of   
   Eddie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds!" and Hamill turned to Fisher   
   and said, "You're WHAT? You never told me that!" and Fisher said   
   something on the order of "I try to keep it a secret."   
      
   So whose daughter she was, was a big part of the publicity from   
   day one.
