   Unfortunately the publishers are too greedy - they want you to buy the   
   more expensive versions, which is why they release them in this way. I   
   do know someone who works for one of them, so occasionally get a   
   heads-up when a new one is coming. I can also get a 50% discount   
   through them for that publisher's books and a 25% discount on most   
   other main publisher's books - it's a reciprocal deal between book
