   I may have missed that one, but that seems to be the exception rather than   
   the rule in this.  What volume was that in?

   It didn't crack me up because it's an old, tired and frankly stupid joke.   
   And I *run* a humour website about fan service.

   Leaving those on was a nice touch, but it was like Trish couldn't hold   
   back any more after the halfway point of the volume and we got smothered   
   in process cheese food sauce again after that.

   You mean "adaptors' ego-friendly," don't you?  Because that'show it   
   strikes me.

   As Douglas Varenas proved.  Why they couldn't let him keep proving it, I   
   don't know.
