   I don't see why that is proper. Yes, Japanese write family names   
   first. And so do Hungarians, by the way.   
      
   That is, they do when they are using their own languages.   
      
   However, when we write in English, Liszt Franz is not the proper   
   way to write Hungarian composer Franz Liszt's name, is it? Or,   
   does Gabor Zsa Zsa sound proper?
