   Heh, low taxes dosen't really apply to Japan though.   
   The way a foreigne has to avoid Japanese taxes, at   
   least when I lived in the country was to not be in Japan   
   on New Year's Day. Although we did spend some   
   New Year's in Japan, much to my Dad's chagrin.
