That's a very interesting news indeed. Thanks for this information, Ping!

Yume Tsukai is really an anthology for bizarre sexual metaphors and
rorikon fantasies. Sometimes there's just too many of those for my gusto
and I even got a little bit bored by it, but the action scenes are great
and the artwork is detailed as ever. Still, I prefer Ueshibas
Discommunication and DisComi Reisei-hen. Depending on the storyline it
has less of those fetish fantasies (but still quite a lot).

The staff for the tv-series seems also promising:

   director: Kazuo Yamazaki
character designs: Shuichi Shimamura (Saber Marionette J)
   artistic direction: Chikara Nishikura
chief animation director: Akemi Kobayashi (Digi Chara T, Roze Maiden OP,
   Strange Dawn...)
music: Tamiya Terashima (Key - the Metal Idol, Plastic Little).
   Studio: Madhouse
