   I do read Japanese, but if the story relies heavily on subtle nuances of   
   language, I might have missed them.  Given the number of non-japanese   
   who seem to like this title though, I'm assuming it doesn't.   
      
   Maybe I'll try to find volume 1 and see if it's more interesting.
