   I have ordered a bunch of stuff through amazon japan with no problems at   
   all (mostly CDs & DVDs, but ordering manga is no different). As Galen   
   says, the only problem is japanese-only searches/descriptions, but if   
   that's not a problem for you, then it should be fine. They ship   
   internationally via DHL for the express shipping.
