   I'm not sure why everyone keeps trying to connect "kimi" to "you".   
      
   Without seeing the actual panel, I'd say the translation is "This place   
   gives me a bad feeling".   
   I think that, strictly speaking, you're right that "kimi" shouldn't modify   
   "warui", but I see that construction all over the place, especially in   
   manga.   
      
   It could be that a really literal translation would be something like "This   
   is a bad place with respect to feeling".
