Good, but I don't like the main character as much as Kyo from Girl Got
Game, and Girl Got Game is VERY similar, and shorter. The art is better
in GGG too (IMO). That said, I still like Hana-kimi a lot and buy it as
soon as it comes out.

I always dread starting a volume of this when it comes out but I always
absolutely LOVE it when I do read it. I don't know what's wrong with me
in regards to this title, but anyway, it is really good.

Ouran bored me during the middle of vol2 of the manga, so I stopped
buying it. I find the anime to be much better.

Not read/seen any of these, so no comment.
To this list I will add:
- Nodame Cantible
- The Wallflower (known as "Yamato Nadeshiko" in Japan, I believe)
Both are absolutely hilarious and have rather unique plot twists/points
for their genre (both shoujo). The Nodame "kotatsu" chapter is one of
my all-time favorites, and the Wallflower main character, Sunako, is my
absolute FAVORITE main character of any series.
Apparently my news server has dropped the rest of this thread prior to
elsie's post and one of catherine's, so I am extrapolating what the OP
wanted from what elsie had in her post that I am replying to (if anyone
understands what I mean...).
