Out to 500 Geary and got Sunday       paper.               Moved a lot of clothes from basement to Goodwill but then       someone took the rest.               Read paper and watched Bats and the TAMT Fast Forward.               Trying to nibble and then setup another 4 days of meds       and supplements.               1200 mixed up a batch of salmon patties and got it in the oven       by 1230 or so then started dealing with the e-mail and newsgroups       again. Done with raam by 1255 and started doing the dishes and       utensils. Tossed a pan with french fries into the oven and turned       up the heat.               1315 about to check the turned salmon patties and french fries       again having caught up on these notes.               Finished late lunch at 1330 - Did dishes and caught up on the       email.               1400 out to look for the Bay Times without luck bought a       small piece of overcooked port spare ribs at Cala.               1500 got very very very tired and after that hit the snacks       and R E S Ted I N the A F T E R N O O N.               1800 fixed usual stuff for supper.               Had problems with the VCR setting and ended up watching       the greater part of Kaze no Haruka and Kymyo ga Tsuji.               Bathed in evening when I had a moment and felt better afterward.               Do stretches!               2330 Joy called and I talked to her until 0100.               0100 shut off lights and Susan Hawk showed up to use the chair.               Fair night.               o Sunday October 1 2006 - warmer overcast though thru day.               Thyroid supplement - taken on time, whey mixed and back to       bed.               Protein Supplement - taken on time and setup usual meds and       supplement and medication as well as the usual oatmeal mix for       breakfast.               0720 turned on sherman to warm up.               0800 had usual breakfast of a banana, cocoa and oatmeal with       added walnuts and oat bran.               0830 out to the Farmers Market got walnuts, apples, broccoli       another sort of apples, and some big red pluots.
