Hard to say, but Speaker For the Dead actually has one of the best
portrayals of Catholic religious I've ever seen. In particular, I
think Card's argument for celibate priests in that book is one of the
best I've ever read, and he's a Mormon, even. He does a great job
with the lay religious (I know that's a contradiction in terms, but I
forget their actual designation) as well.

Eh, it's not bad, but not anywhere near her best, IMO. I'd say the
library nun did you a favor. :) I'm sure it's better for girls, but
for me, I just wasn't terribly impressed.

Heh. I did re-read that a month ago or so at my Mom's house when I
was waiting for her to do something or another. It's not bad,
actually, and Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing still holds up well,
   too.
