   Hard to say since the romaji doesn't seem to map cleanly to real words.   
     I think the first word might by dosou (burial) so:   
      
   Doso(u) = Burial or internment   
   Kinrei = Prohibition   
   Daijinrei = A person's name? (Probably not though)   
      
   It would help if I could see the original untranslated Japanese.
