   IMHO it's a lot like "Ah! My Goddess", although not quite as good.   
   And yes, Rishu FTW!

   My opinion is that the story doesn't go anywhere at all until the very   
   end, which kinda annoyed me a little. That aside, most of the characters   
   are rather likable, and Tasuke's haps and mishaps are quite enjoyable.   
   Particularly because of the hoshigami.
