   No, because, as you might recall, my response was to a guy saying "This here   
   is an argument and THESE ARE THE REASONS (but I'm not actually arguing   
   this)".   
      
   So if someone wants me to rebut this tired, rehashed argument, I'd prefer   
   they actually - you know - make it first.   
      
   Of course, you only jump in to criticise me here, and not the person who   
   actually did that in the first place. Quelle surprise.
