   Firstly, see below... secondly, you would only be able to introduce such   
   a law if you are in a position of power that entitles you to do so...   
   and since you see nothing wrong with copyright infringement (which is a   
   pretty much globally protected concept), I doubt you ARE in such a position.

   Since sleeping/waking up with a slightly fresher mind, I realised that I   
   was probably wrong to introduce the concept of "banned" material anyway,   
   since the material in question isn't actually banned, just unlicensed.
