Some of the good people over at MAL were able to enlighten me a bit.

Major delay, but the volume is announced for December, so Tokyopop
apparently hasn't (yet) dropped the series. W00t!

That's the only good news, though.

   > - Dojin Work (Kitty), after vol. 4

According to [1] Kitty Media/Media Blasters put their manga titles on
hold, so this may or may not be continued at some point in the future.

   > - I Hate You More Than Anyone (CMX), after vol. 9

DC shut down CMX, so this series is definitely dead and gone. Perhaps
there's a chance that Tokyopop may pick it up, though, since they
already have "V.B. Rose" from the same author.

Del Rey seems to have cancelled these [2]. However, perhaps Kodansha
will continue them [3]. We'll see.

   > - Walkin' Butterfly (Aurora Pub), after vol. 3

No hope for this title, though, since Aurora Pub obviously didn't make
   it [4].
